The Becker Low D Whistle is the largest of the Becker Whistles and is pitched an octave below
the High D. The lowest sounding note is D just above middle C. The deep, haunting sound of the Low D is beautiful to the ear.

The right hand covers the holes with different parts of the fingers
in order to reach the lower 3 holes. It is pretty easy to get used to.
After a bit, you won't even think about it! You still use the grip on
anatomical low D, but might be a bit easier to reach.
